What the site stores

The site uses essential browser storage to record the privacy choice and retain a temporary form draft. The selected language is stored between visits only when functional storage is accepted; without that permission it lasts for the current session only. We do not use analytics, advertising or profiling tools.

Items used

aveniz-cookie-consent-v2 — records the privacy choice, scope, date and version.
aveniz-lang — remembers the language between visits only after optional functional storage is accepted.
aveniz-lang-session — keeps the language during the current session.
aveniz-contact-draft-v1 — stores the form fields for the current session.
aveniz-theme — stores the day or night appearance explicitly selected by the user. The data remains on the device and is not sent to SEOHOST until submission. The privacy choice is valid for 180 days. Remembering the language between visits depends on that valid permission. Session language and the form draft remain for the browser session. The user-selected appearance remains until changed or deleted in the browser.

Basis for use

The privacy-choice record and form draft are necessary to provide functions expressly requested by the user. Remembering the language between visits is optional and relies on consent. Users are informed in line with Art. 399 of the Polish Electronic Communications Law. New optional technologies will not be activated before any required consent is obtained.

Changing your choice or deleting data

You can change your choice at any time through the cookie-settings button in the site footer. You can also delete or block Aveniz site storage in your browser privacy settings. The language may then not persist and the notice may reappear.

Form and external sites

The form is submitted to the Aveniz server and delivered by email through SEOHOST. WhatsApp and email links may open external services with their own policies.

Changes and contact

If we add analytics, maps, video, chat, advertising pixels or other optional tools, we will update this policy and consent mechanism before activation. Questions: contact@aveniz.eu.
